Probably, the most impressive characteristic we experienced with French Construction was the responsiveness of staff members. They were honest in their communications, and were really ‘just a phone call away’. We were told accurate information about schedule and price that continued throughout the construction process and warranty period. Now that we’ve realized we wanted to stay in Edmond long-term, we are ready to custom-build a larger home. Because of his well-earned reputation and our past experience, there was no question as to who we would contact–Tom French.
