Best Neighborhoods in Oklahoma City

June 21, 2015 9:35 am

As a custom home builder, and especially since we’ve been serving Oklahoma City and Edmond for more than 25 years, we’ve spent a lot of time out and about in the best neighborhoods in Oklahoma City. With great schools, easy access to area attractions, and — of course — beautiful homes, neighborhoods in north OKC, Edmond, and Deer Creek simply can’t be topped if you’re a newcomer to the area.

Today, though, we’re especially excited to tell you about two neighborhoods we know well — Fallbrook and Iron Horse Ranch.

Fallbrook

Located at Western and Covell, this Edmond neighborhood is close to shopping, local churches, and great Edmond schools. The neighborhood has an extensive greenbelt with walking and jogging trails, and an activity area with a volleyball and basketball courts, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.

This gated community has approximately 150 homes.

Iron Horse Ranch

At the corner of Coltrane and Coffee Creek, Iron Horse Ranch is planned community of rustic-inspired homes on quarter- to half-acre lots.

Like Fallbrook, Iron Horse Ranch is gated, and features family-friendly neighborhood amenities. Every Iron Horse Ranch resident has access to the community’s 4,500 square foot clubhouse, which has meeting rooms and common areas for all kinds of gatherings.

Iron Horse Ranch has a large, irregularly-shaped pool and a cabana for summer fun in the sun, and more than three acres of lakes. Other outdoor amenities include hiking and walking trails along the greenbelt, fountains, and waterfalls.

While we’re proud of all of the neighborhoods we work in, we’re especially proud of these two because they’ve been selected as finalists in the New Home Development – North category of The Oklahoman’s Reader’s Choice awards. If you follow our social media, you know we were honored to have been a finalist, and as exciting as that is, it’s just as exciting to be working with organizations who were also nominated.
