Fallbrook hearkens back to simpler times, with its front-porch view of sweeping sunsets and Oklahoma land, while still offering convenient access to Edmond’s vibrant community. The area is expanding rapidly with new businesses, churches, schools, and restaurants, providing residents a wide variety of options to visit close to home. Just because you get to enjoy the stunning views of Oklahoma from your back porch doesn’t mean that your favorite recreational activities are out of reach! Catch a movie at the Kickingbird Cinema Movie Theater, just 5 miles away from home.
Kickingbird Golf Course
If your group is more likely to spend the day striding down fairways and practicing your short game, a visit to Edmond’s oldest course is a must. Kickingbird Golf Course is a premier 18-hole championship course and a favorite among local players.
Oak Tree National
Another must visit golf course within a ten-minute drive of Fallbrook is the beautiful private course, Oak Tree National, host of the 2014 US Senior Open. Recently renovated for its 30th birthday, Oak Tree National is well revered in the golfing community.
For the problem-solvers in the family, Clue Quest is Edmond’s only Escape Room. Spend 60 minutes solving puzzles and logic challenges to deduct the passcode and win the game. There are several different rooms available, guaranteeing the challenge is new every time you visit.
Elevation Trampoline Park
Keep the kids busy and have a little fun yourself at Elevation Trampoline Park. With more than 5000+ square feet of jumping surface in the main court, as well as sports courts, a kid’s court, and more, Elevation will keep your heart pumping and the kids laughing all night long.
Arctic Edge Ice Arena
Birthday parties, public skate times, figure skating, hockey, curling…if the thought of a chilly room and fresh ice warms your heart, head over to Oklahoma City and Edmond’s favorite ice arena.
Escape to one of the metro’s many lakes for premier fishing, camping, and picnicking. The lake has 1,820 surface acres and 26 miles of shoreline and is filled to the brim with bluegill, channel catfish, and largemouth bass.
Located less than two miles away from Fallbrook and with 280 acres of land and five miles of paved, multi-use trails, Mitch Park is the go-to location in Edmond if you want to get outside and get active. There is a disc golf course, two basketball courts, exercise station, volleyball court, Skate Park, amphitheater, athletic complex, and a brand new YMCA on site.

With burgers, tacos, salads, and sandwiches, you have to stop by to see why The Garage stands above the rest. In true Oklahoman fashion, we recommend an order of the Thunder Fries.
Ted’s Café Escondido
Known for their house-made tortillas and tex-mex meals, Ted’s is an Oklahoma City classic. While their original location on May Avenue is always worth a visit, the convenience of their Edmond location steals the show. From the fajitas to the chile rellenos, you can’t go wrong with any option.
Bayou Grill & Bakery
Located just 3 miles away from Fallbrook, a visit to this New Orleans style “Creole” restaurant and bakery is a must. This family owned establishment often has a long wait time, but the food is always worth the wait.
Founded as a local business in Norman, Oklahoma. Interurban has grown into a state favorite. From Sunday morning brunch to the honey pepper bacon burger, we’ve never met a dish we didn’t like at Interurban.
Pickles: America’s Grill
Pickles has been the go-to location in Moore for years, and has recently expanded into the north Edmond area. We recommend an order or two of their famous fried pickles!
Their website calls Evoke, “A lovely spot for drinks, eats and conversation.” We have to agree, Evoke is one of our top picks for a cup of joe or a light meal. Be sure to follow their sip truck on twitter to see where their mobile location is headed next.
